Returns & Exchanges
I accept returns within 14 days if your are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.
To start the return process online, email hello@raffcoclothing.com with the subject line “return.” Be sure to include your order number. In your message, please let us know what went wrong, so we can improve your experience for next time!
You’ll receive instructions by email for your return within 48 hours. Please note that if returning by mail, you are responsible for the cost of RETURN shipping.
Once I receive your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 30 days (but probably sooner).
As a friendly reminder, all Raff Co. Clothing goods are carefully and lovingly handcrafted. Individual pieces may have slight irregularities. Please be careful when you try your order on! If an item becomes damaged, it can’t be resold, and precious revenue necessary for keeping this business alive will be lost. :(
Adjustments
Something not quite right?
If you want to keep your item but it needs an alteration or adjustment, send it back to the shop.
Email hello@raffcoclothing.com for the mailing address and a quick form for you to include with your item.
If for some reason your item can’t be repaired or fixed, you will be notified of your options.
You are responsible for return shipping. Please wrap your package securely, since I cannot be responsible for replacing items lost in the mail during return shipping. Unless delivering your garment in person, you must obtain tracking information from the carrier.
Your adjusted item will be sent back to you for free.
Defects
If your item arrives with damage or defects in the material or construction that originated in manufacture, please contact me at hello@raffcoclothing.com.
Your satisfaction is important, and you will receive a prompt reply.
Loss & Damage
If your order had been lost or damaged in transit, Raff Co. Clothing is not responsible for refund or replacement. Please check your shipping address for accuracy.
Privacy
I respect your privacy. This website, like most, collects anonymous analytical information about visitors, such as IP address and general geographic location.
If you make a purchase, your email address will be collected during the checkout process and used only for order-related communication.
Raff Co. Clothing never sells or shares your personal information.
